Application:

The Magazine Loader is designed for loading of PCBs. The unit loads your production line automatically by pushing PCB’s out of a magazine onto the conveyor of the down-stream machine. Connect with SMT and AI productions line, safety design ensure not to break any PCB when it is pushed and thus reduce defect rate. With high accuracy, automatic counting, fault alram functions, it is required for a full range of automatic equipment.

This multi magazine loader is designed with ""L type ""to save the SMT production line length without impacting the production throughout capacity.



1.Used in SMT line front, sends PCB from magazine to downstream machine.
2.The unit loads your production line automatically by pushing PCB’s out of the magazine onto the conveyor of the downstream machines. Full magazines are inserted at an ergonomic low level.
3.Located at the first stage of SMT line, this unit transfers PCBs stacked in a magazine rack to the downstream machine using a pneumatic pusher one by one.
